As a part of our quarterly program, you’ll receive four visits a year from one of our licensed pest specialists. Once per season, one of our friendly technicians will arrive to inspect your home for unwelcome visitors and prevent them from becoming a bother in the future.
So, here’s how it works:
Spring visits take place during the months of March, April and May. During a spring visit, our professionals will focus on making sure that your home is ant and termite free. Think it’s too warm for these creepy critters? Think again! Ant colonies are just beginning to awaken from their winter hibernation during this time, and termites are the most active during this time of year.
Summer visits occur during June, July and August. This is prime time for most insects to be on the prowl, so summer inspections are extremely important. The high temperatures encourage pests to search for water sources, which means they are likely to be drawn to cool, condensated places within your home.
Fall visits, hosted in the September, October and November months, are a time to watch out for wasps! They are drawn to warm structures, and are capable of building a softball-sized nest overnight. That’s impressive! Towards the end of the fall months you might see an increase in spiders and mice due to the cooling temperatures as well.
Winter visits focus on finding furry critters and eight-legged enemies nesting within in your warm home. Taking place in December, January and February, technicians will check your home thoroughly from top to bottom to identify any indication of infestation. Many critters, such as moths, see the winter months as the perfect time to crawl into your home and get out of the cold. Keep an eye on your closets and pantries, as these pests love to munch on natural fibers, cereal and stored grains.
